Building on a 25-year reputation as the largest and most experienced educators for assisted living and residential community personnel and a long history of successful partnership, Community Education, LLC and Advanced Healthcare Studies, LLC have merged into a national and newly named company. Beginning August 1, we will be known as Care & Compliance Group to emphasize our company’s trademark expertise.

Josh Allen, RN | President and CEO Josh Allen is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years experience in the Assisted Living industry. Josh has served as a corporate consultant to numerous assisted living providers on issues of staffing, clinical services, policies, and regulation compliance. He is the past Executive Director of the American Assisted Living Nurses Association, and is a past board member of Center for Excellence in Assisted Living. As President and CEO, Josh directs course and product design and development for Care and Compliance Group.

Mickey Gray | Chief Operating Officer for Products and Services Mickey oversees the products and services division of Care and Compliance Group and directs all aspects of customer service.
