6 Resident Charts
Our Resident Charts are custom manufactured using high quality vinyl to create a durable 1” three-ring binder. The attractive light yellow color is easily identified in your busy community environment, and the pockets on the spine and cover allow you to easily identify each resident’s name and other pertinent information.
Tabbed Dividers
To keep your resident information neatly organized, each resident chart includes 12 pre-printed tabbed dividers. The tabs are labeled: Licensing Documentation; Service Plan; Emergency Information; Physician Orders; MD Progress Notes/Visits; Medication Records; Personal Care; Narrative Charting; Labs; Activities; Therapy/Outside Services; and Miscellaneous.
Forms
Each resident chart is prefilled with numerous forms, including phyisician’s reports, narrative charting forms, vital signs, resident appraisals, medication records, and others. All forms are also included electronically in both PDF and Microsoft Word® format to allow you to print additional copies and/or fill them out electronically.
Medication Records Binder
Our 2” Medication Records Binder will comfortably hold the current medication records for residents, including MAR, PRN, and Central Storage forms. The binder includes six blue dividers for better organization.
Staff Training DVD
You will also receive Documentation: Safe and Sound Narrative Charting, our staff training DVD that will help your staff improve their documentation skills and practices. The DVD also includes a quiz, quiz key, training record form, and certificate of completion.
